Welcome And Fran’s Origin

an amazing story of intuition, of recovery, of just listening to herself. So I'm not gonna I'm not gonna butcher this. I'm gonna go ahead and let Fran take it away for us. Fran, please introduce yourself. Please let us know a little bit about who you are, um, and now who you help.

Great. Thank you for having me. I appreciate it. Um yeah, my name is Fran Bailey, um, and I've been um doing healing for quite a while, quite a few years. And I think I came into this lifetime as a healer. Uh, didn't know that right away, but my experiences led me to have that understanding. So um I grew up in a metaphysical home, sort of always positive thinking and mind over matter. And um, I also grew up in a musical home. So there's a lot of dance and music and all those wonderful items to, you know, keep you happy and and uh you know joyful. So with that, I I started um dancing at a very young age. Um, and very young, I would have these dreams and things would come true. And um, I had a near-death experience at 12. And I think that sort of put me on this trajectory of, okay, so I'm kind of on this different plane, understanding that uh I knew there was something bigger. So I knew that, and I when they said you're not ready yet, I knew there was something else I was supposed to be doing. So um then I went on, had a dance career, modern dance and ballet, and um I was teaching at a Montessori school, small kids, and um there was a person there who is starting an alternative center who's a doctor out of South uh Africa, and he said, Franny, you can see energy, and I said, What's that? So um basically I started training with his trainer, Rosen Briere out of California, and she taught me about energy and and what it means to run energy on a body and and medical intuitive things. So I began to learn these skills, and it was very, very natural for me. So just as dance was, because everything's energy. So I sort of put the two together. Well, you can move energy, you can move energy on a body with my hands as I move energy through my body dancing.

Discovering Energy And Creating Shiva

So the the concept of energy always shifting and changing was really the um catapult to understanding uh my method and how it started. And I channeled a word called Shiva, S-H-E-V-A, Seeking Harmony, Energy, Voice, and Action, in uh 2002, quite a while ago. And basically, it was a method that I didn't really know what it meant at first, but I spent all these years training and figuring out okay, so this is the gift that I'm sharing so that people can do this self-healing, and that's what it's about, as far as I'm concerned, that we really all have the ability to understand our own energy. So it's a study in that. And um, so I as I kept dancing and doing energy work, I developed this physical technique where I designed people to teach people how to run energy on themselves. So acute pressure points, meridians, understanding that the body has its own intelligence and that it is there for us to learn from, have cues to understand what it means to communicate with the body. So um I did that and then did meditation, deep dive meditation for years, studying the chakra system. So everything is about the chakra system in my body work and meditation, clearing all the centers in order to receive these higher planes and energies for soul connection, etc. So um before I really started landing on what the method was, I had my own experience with cancer a year

Surviving Cancer And Redefining Disease

after my father died of cancer, and um, three small children. My husband was in and out working, and I um had stage four cervical cancer and decided that um okay, they said I'm gonna take I want to take everything out because you might die. And I said, No, I won't. So I found another um doctor, female doctor, and I said, This is what I do, and I hadn't really I'd started with Rosalind, but she helped me sort of understand that the idea of the cancer cell is a you can actually kill the cancer in the cell. So she taught me how to do that, and that's what I would do for five years every day, clearing the energy and knowing that my body is okay and that it will work itself out and figure out you know the right cells to keep going as far as clearing that energy and knowing that my body's whole and that this is an interruption. So that's what disease is, is it's an interruption of uh the flow. And sometimes that interruption teaches you what life really means. And so when you're crossed with that kind of hello, I would say, um it becomes something different and how you approach it, and it's all about how you respond. So everything is about how you respond to whatever you are, whatever come coming in your path. So basically, I was fine, I haven't had cancer since. Um, I'm clean and clear, and uh I think that I work on a lot of cancer patients. And the first thing I say is that this is an interruption. You aren't you aren't pegged. You know, let's look at this as a as a time to slow down, as a time to be with yourself and really understand your body. So life goes on, and I continue with the energy healing for 12 years at the Alliance. I work with um ADD psychologists, getting them grounded and present. So years and years of training um and working with people, I decided to go on my own and do my method, which is the Shiva method. And so it's the body work, the meditation, and then on top of that, I got my Ennegram facilitator license so that I could understand um the loopholes of our personalities, and so that we could laugh at ours laugh at ourselves, because part of the intrigue is understanding the ego and how we can let go of the ego in order to allow the natural flow of connection, body, mind, heart, and soul to be present without the ego demanding and commanding, and so all those principles are in the method itself, and that is incredible.

Yeah, um there's so much that came up um while you were talking. So um you mentioned

self-healing. Um, you mentioned personality loopholes, those are things that stood out to me. Um, can you tell us a little bit more about that? Because I'm sure my listeners would love to know well, how can I start healing myself?

Well, just like anything, um thought is energy, right? So if we have a pattern thought or behavior

Self-Healing Through Thought And Inquiry

that we keep um up front and we keep doing and we keep doing and we keep doing, and we're saying, well, why am I not getting any results? Why is this not changing? And then what happens is when things don't change, we start blaming others for what needs to be or what has to be. In fact, it's really about how you respond only. And if you want to change, and if you want to change your response, that requires self-inquiry. So self-inquiry is is not easy sometimes because you have to ask those questions. Well, wait a minute, is that mine or is that theirs, or who am I blaming and why am I blaming, and why is this pattern still here? Um so, for instance, if there's a heart type, so you have a head type, heart type, or body type in the Enneagram, or three types, and it's just how you navigate, how you see the world. And a heart type, um, you know, responds in hurt if things aren't going the way they want to, or you know, it's like, well, why aren't you doing that? I'm I'm giving you all this energy and all this, you know, good advice, and you're not taking it. So that's hurting me. Well, hello, maybe they don't want the advice. So it's about energy. So a heart type has to understand their boundaries and they have to pull their energy back and say, wait a minute, I'm observing that person pulling away. So, in that observation, I'm gonna observe myself and how I push forward. So, if I keep pushing forward, I'm not getting a result. I'm gonna pull my energy back and say, Oh, how about if I let you respond to me, what you're thinking, and and you're not, I'm not imposing on you. So I sit back in my energy and things start shifting, things start changing because you go back into your heart and saying, Okay, well, what's missing in you? That's the self-inquiry. And those are the things, those points where I say to my clients, I want you to lay on the floor and put your hand on your heart, and I want you to ask yourself the question what do I need to do for me today? What do I need to do for me today? And that could mean just laying on the floor for five minutes and crying. I don't know. I don't, it doesn't matter. It's that you physically touch the heart and ask that question. A lot of women can't even answer that question because their energies in so many different directions and they're being pulled in so many different directions that they don't have time. But I guarantee you have to make time, even if it's five minutes, to check in. So that does that answer your question?

Yeah, yeah. And then we we were talking also about the personality loopholes, right? You mentioned that. Can you tell us a little bit about what that is? Um I've never heard that term before, so I'm I'm suspicious.

Yeah, yeah. Okay, but let's let I'll just give you an example because it might help to understand. So let's say you know someone or it's your or yourself or whatever, um that

Personality Loopholes And Getting Grounded

this person always responds through their head. So they analyze everything through their head. They ask questions, they ask questions, they ask questions. And they keep asking questions to the point of like, oh my god, there's a lot of doubt there. I'm not sure, I can't make a decision. So that's a loophole. That constant concern and and asking, well, I'm not sure, I'm not sure. Um I need to live up here, I need to get them, and then you need to get yourself in the body and to let go of that thought and say, I'm just gonna sit with this for a minute, not make any decisions. Because what happens? We get wrapped up in in the thought, and then the thought, we become the thought. And then we're out of body. So you know, you're running around with that thought, you're running around with your head, but you're not in you're not centered. So taking a breath and realizing, okay, is that working for me? Why do I keep getting worried and anxious? And I'm creating that energy through thought. Does that help?

Um it's reminding me what you're talking about is reminding me of a book. I think it's called The Untethered Soul. I don't know if you've read it, but one of the principles it talks about is becoming the observer. And it's taking that step back and realizing that you are not what's happening, and you can take a step back and observe. And then it gives you it, it

just gives you this very interesting shift perspective because then you can see what's happening versus be in the panic of it all, I guess. Um, so I think that's kind of what I related to when you when you mentioned that. So I don't know if that's that's the I guess the image I have.

Absolutely. And um, that's perfect because it this is the the method is about being the observer. And as you observe through the I wrote a book called Emergence, and it's talks about each chakra and what it means, and how you observe your body as you understand what each chakra means. So it's the same same thing, it's just like if you have um a chord or something to an event or a certain traumatic thing that happened to into your life, and you keep going back to that place that triggers you. So observing what it is that triggers you, go going through that memory, backing out of the memory, and observe you letting go of the memory, what that feels like, and see if you want that. So that's the observer. If you don't have to let go of it, but it really helps to understand where it is in your field, in your energy field, how so the so the method is about practical ways to do that. Um yeah, so it's just it's simple, but it's being a dancer, um very physical, and the meditation is very, very physical, and uh it it requires attention. So, what happens with meditation? If some people go out of their body and they can't get back in, I can't focus, what is and I said, no, no, no, this is really focused on each center. So it's um, yeah. I mean, they're they're everybody finds their own way and and communicating to their body, and I think that's what I'm here to suggest.

Yes, and just learning to listen, right? Because that's not something that we're taught, right? Um, like in general, we are, but you know, if you're like, I'm hungry, and you're like, well, dinner's in an hour, and so you're not gonna eat for another hour, and you're like, well, I'm hungry now. And so you kind of learn how to not listen to your own body because you're like, oh no, uh, I'm not supposed to be sad right now. This is happy time. I get, you know what I mean? And so, yeah, we can get stuck into these patterns um where the first step is learning to listen. Um, and like you said, as women, we have so many responsibilities. We're looking out for so many different things that we're on the back burner. And so it's hard for us to even say what I need. I don't know what I need. Like there's such a backlog of all the things that I need because you know, I don't even know where to start. Um, and so yeah, I think it's really important that we take time, like you said, just you know, mirroring what you said earlier, even if it's five minutes to get centered, to be in like here, in the now, not in the plans that you're working on for the bake sale next week or the you know, reviewing what happened in the pet parent teacher comp. No, no, no, no, no. Right now, in your space, in I have to remind myself, I am here in all of space and time. I am right here, right now. So, what's happening right here, right now? And that's a really good place to start, just to learn to be like, you know what, I'm thirsty, and then you go get water, um, you know, or you know what, I need a nap. And you take 30 minutes, but now everything changes for you because you took care of you. Um, and then in my book, what I talk about when we do do those things, um, you know, in those little small things that we say that we're gonna do for ourselves, we build up um what I call trust deposits. Every time that we do one of these things where

Presence In Fast-Moving Energy

we take a moment, we sit down and drink some water. Hey, you said you were gonna do this and now you did it, and that's a trust deposit. And then so that helps your confidence, that helps everything. And so little by little, um, you know, everything starts unfolding. I love that so much.

Yeah, yeah. Little by little is it's a great, great, great expression. And um, you know, we our society and we as humans want it now and want everything to be perfect, and it it's not. And um I love the fact that you know, especially with this energy right now and the what's happening with the world and and uh you know the advancement of this 5D coming in and and uh this these higher, higher levels of um dimensions, the the energy is running quickly. So that requires us to be even more present and not get wrapped up into that volume of sound that is pulling you away because it's it takes discipline to be present. And so even with the speeding energy, like I'm doing these these things this summer, it's called speed healing, 30 minutes, and it's like yes, the energy can go really, really fast, but these are the chords, this is what this is, and you know, let's just look at this clearly and see how you're responding, and then maybe shift that or pull your energy back or just cues, reminders of how to do that. Um, but I think it's an interesting time. Um you know, I'll download something, and when that download is there, that means that I need to strip the darker energies of the energies that are present for me. That means I've got to double down on clearing um karma contracts, whatever you want to call it. And so that old energy is leaving, and as you let go of that old energy, there's room for the new. But the more you clear, the more you become present.

Yeah. Um, it helps me to organize my house.

Yeah.

Um, when I'm going through these processes, because it's a visual representation of what's happening. And so, you know, if I get into like a I'll start like purging stuff and again, no, it's time to throw away. We gotta get rid of stuff.

Exactly.

Um, and I think that that's what it is. It's the it's the it's the physical manifestation of what's going on inside, but my body's like, all right, let's we're gonna get rid of stuff, let's let's do it all around. Yeah. Yeah, um, I so right now there is um the Shiva method. It's a free download of the introduction uh on my homepage. Um, there's also a free meditation coming. I mean, we're I'm doing the new a new um chakra clearing meditation that I'm gonna have. So that's either gonna be one or the other. It's gonna be one or the other. I'm not sure if uh my marketing person is helping me um sort of put that together. So it's a meditation I did a while back, but it's updated, you know. So these frequencies move quickly, and so I needed to update it to get the energy moving quickly. So there's that. I mean, there's also sessions that you know, I do usually do three, uh, three in a row to sort of catapult of huge change if you want it. Um, or there's uh lots of small little meditations, um, like um feminine power and um sleeping better and more groundedness. Um there's um get your groove on, which I talk about, releasing all the energies on a on an album. So using images of you know, just keep giving you something to put it on. And um, so there's meditations, there's um mandalas that I channeled uh for each chakra, and they are for sale. And uh so I send this whole package of mandalas that you put on the on the table or you lay on and you look at what's missing, and you find out which one you're gravitating to or what what's too thick. So it's an actual vision thing.

Aha, aha moment is that they are less anxious, they're happy.

Because no, but like, what's the tip of how do we get there? Like, how do they get that aha moment? What do you teach?

SPEAKER_01

What do I teach? Oh, okay. Well, if somebody's really um going through divorce and et cetera, et cetera, I'll have them come, or we'll do Zoom, or I'll have them come to the my office and we'll do grounding, we'll do clearing, I'll look at their guides, look at their chords, I'll see this, this, and this, um, and see if that resonates with them together. We make the changes because it has to come from you. I can't do it, but you do. And if you understand your energy and understand where those chords are, then you begin to understand. Oh, I did that, oh, there's that, and there's that, and I'm that attachment. And if I keep letting go and keep letting go, and keep clearing my chakras and ground, then it becomes the energy becomes something different. Then you look at your goals. So the goals are now reachable, the goals now manifest because that clearing has been done. I'm pretty quick, pretty fast, um, and it's it's fun.
